I'm not sure what's going on, but I've been doing a lot of baking/food prep lately...I really enjoy the creative process I suppose. And of course, it's fun when someone truly likes what you've made. I'm lucky enough to have my co-workers to experiment on, too - this way I won't get too roly-poly from eating all that I've made!

In the past two weeks I've made 2 multi-layered taco-style dips, chocolate crackle cookies, chocolate-bacon cupcakes, monkey bread, and a rum cake! I have plans for a lemon cake soon, and perhaps another sort of cookie as well, time permitting.

Anybody got some ideas for those cookies? What's your favorite?
